Return & Refund Policy

At Toshiba Sri Lanka, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver only the best-in-class, genuine Toshiba products, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective products received

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product not functioning as expected out of the box

  • Item differs from the description on our website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice.


 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence

  • Items with tampered packaging or missing components

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or dealers

  • Opened or installed items (e.g., Air Conditioners, Washing Machines) unless proven defective


 Return Process

  1. Raise a Return Request
    Contact our support team at support@toshiba-srilanka.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide:

    • Order ID

    • Product Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photo/video evidence (if applicable)

  2. Review & Approval
    Our customer service team will verify the issue and initiate pickup or guide you to the nearest return center.

  3. Pickup or Drop-off
    We will arrange pickup (for select areas) or request the product to be delivered to our authorized service partner.

  4. Inspection
    Once received, the product will be inspected for eligibility. If approved, we will process your refund or replacement.


 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • If paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request bank details for NEFT transfer.

  • In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped within 3–5 working days of confirmation.


 Delivery-Related Issues

  • If your package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • For missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
